There are a number of ways you can learn the Alexander Technique.

Many students chose to learn in a one to one lesson where full attention can be given to them.
Group work can also be a very rich learning opportunity as we learn a great deal from observing others being worked with and from hearing each other’s questions.

• You can learn in one to one lessons
• Share a lesson with a friend
• Work in a small group
• Workshops and small groups arranged on request

Prices

Individual lesson £45 – approx 45 minutes
Groups of three £25 pp  for 1 ½  hour class
Group classes vary according to venue and numbers
Approximately £18 per person for a two hour class.

I teach classes in Edinburgh, one to one and small group lessons in Gullane, East Lothian.
